Story
Endymion Spring, apprentice to book printer Gutenberg, is entrusted with a mysterious book and flees to hide it. In current day Oxford, Blake finds a blank book in a library. Soon words appear only he can see, and he realizes that the book holds dangerous knowledge about a century old secret.

Where it came from
Endymion Spring is Matthew Skelton’s debut novel. He worked at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and then graduated with a PhD in English Literature from Oxford University. The idea for the book came to him while writing his doctoral thesis.

Endymion Spring reached No. 2 on the New York Times Bestseller list and was translated into 23 languages.
